WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS: 2019 WELLNESS CHECKLIST

Hi, friends!

A new year is a great time to evaluate where you’ve been, where you are presently, and where you want to go, determining a plan that outlines what you need to take action on in order to keep progressing. Part of this evaluation usually involves taking inventory of your current health and wellness, especially since this greatly feeds into other aspects of your life and creates ripple effects for other areas of growth you may want to see.

While a resolution to get healthy often involves adding more exercise and eating better and these are great things to focus on, it’s only looking at two parts of the human experience. By looking at health and wellness with a more holistic lens, we’re able to take into consideration the interconnected nature of the mind, body, and soul that work in conjunction to address every aspect of your life.

I’ve listed out below some of the key areas that I am focusing on this year and will expand on these in future posts. I hope this sparks some inspiration for you as you work towards your wellness goals this year. If I’ve learned anything in 2018, it’s that fulfillment is directly related to progressing in life and becoming the highest, most authentic version of you. I’ll build upon these pillars in future posts as part of this wellness series and I hope that you can get some takeaways from them!
