HOME MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST
As we continue getting closer and closer to our move-in of the new house, I keep thinking of things that I need to prepare for! If you’re anything like me, I need to soak in a lot of information in order to feel comfortable with something new. One of the biggest items that was causing me overwhelm was the idea of everything involved in home maintenance. How do we know when to clean the gutters? What do termite bites look like? When are we supposed to replace the deck? Power-washing?!
Luckily, we live in a day and age where you can find this information easily on the Internet! I took information from a few different sources and put the checklist that we’re going to use in an Excel format. This way, I can look at it monthly to see how we’re tracking each month by season, year, and so on.
Feel free to download it below and use it for your own home! You can update the dates as needed to fit your maintenance schedule on each tab.
